Training rides start Tuesday, May 2nd! Whether you are new to cycling or want to experience the fun of biking on the open road, these free sessions will help you increase your skills and endurance and have fun at the same time. The rides will be Sunday afternoon (1:30pm from Tipton Park), and Tuesday (5:45pm – Tipton Park) and Thursday (5:45pm – Rosa Parks Commons) evenings. The first week, beginning this May 2nd, rides are 4-6 miles in length, and will gradually get longer, working up to 30 miles. You don’t need to be a club member to ride, but helmets are required. Join us as we ride, help others get used to group rides, and emphasize safety.
